Delete your Racunity account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, for free. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the app

  1. 1Open Racunity and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Profile and tap Delete account at the bottom.
  3. 3Enter your password and tap Delete forever.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • Players: profile, preferences and questionnaire answers, favorites, saved videos, reviews.
  • Clubs: the account and the club, with profile, photos, videos, stories, coaches, tournaments, posts, followers and reviews.

What we keep

  • Tax records of purchases, for the time required by law (10 years in Italy).
  • Backups, which are overwritten within TODO 30 days.

Deleting the account does not cancel active store subscriptions: cancel them first from the App Store or Google Play. Read more in the privacy policy.
