I forgot my password
On the sign in screen tap “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I register my club?
Download the app, tap “Register your club” on the welcome screen and fill in the club details, opening hours and plan.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store: on iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android open Google Play → Profile → Payments and subscriptions.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, in Profile → Delete account. Read all the details.
